The Connection Map also accepts proposed company updates: category, website, company LinkedIn page, optional attendee names, roles and one work email or personal LinkedIn profile for each listed person, and optional meeting interests. Public fields are displayed only after our team approves the submission. Only submit attendee details with permission. Category proposals and review notes are used by our team for review and are not returned by the public company API.
Every Connection Map submission requires a private review email. We store that address with the company name, displayed notice version, timestamp and source request in a private Notion queue with the status Pending confirmation. A private recovery copy accompanies the company submission if delivery to the separate queue fails. Neither the review address nor the recovery copy is returned by the public directory API.
Submitting company information does not by itself confirm a newsletter subscription. No Connection Map updates are sent until the address is separately confirmed. You can later withdraw that confirmation by emailing sales@altori.io; doing so does not affect your company listing. This confirmation covers directory updates, not unrelated promotional campaigns or advertising audience uploads.
With analytics consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, clicks, scrolling, device information, traffic sources and site interactions. With separate advertising consent, Google services may use browsing signals to measure advertising and build audiences for reminders about Altori. Our custom analytics events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, Telegram handles or form contents.
We use contact enquiries to respond to you. We use Connection Map submissions to check, correct and enrich company profiles and optional meeting interests. The form confirmation covers processing the submitted details for review and public display; email updates require separate address confirmation and analytics and advertising choices remain separate.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to business enquiries directed at us, and, where you have asked us to follow up, the steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
